DAY 1 ORIGIN COUNTRY / BOGOTÁ

DAY 2 BOGOTÁ / CITY TOUR

We will make a guided tour of the most representative places of the city, the first stop is in the historic center to walk through the Plaza de Bolívar and the streets that depart from there, where buildings such as the National Capitol, center of the legislative life of the country; The House of the Community members; the Casa de Nariño, headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic; and the Church Museum of Santa Clara.

You will enter the Gold Museum, where about 34,000 pieces of goldsmiths from various pre-Hispanic cultures are exhibited and then go to the Quinta de Bolívar House Museum, where the Liberator Simón Bolívar lived.

DAY 3 BOGOTÁ / TOUR CATEDRAL DE SAL, ZIPAQUIRA

The tour of the savanna of Bogotá begins until it reaches the city of Zipaquira, where in pre-Columbian times, in this region, salt springs were exploited to produce ‘salt loaves’, a strong currency with which the muiscas traded. Over time, technology changed and they began to open holes to extract greater amounts of salt.

In these old underground galleries the Salt Cathedral of Zipaquirá is erected, 180 meters below the surface. There is a small chapel of the miners in homage to the Virgin, Our Lady of the Rosary of Guasá (this word means ‘mine’ in chibcha). At the end of the visit you will return to the hotel.

DAY 4 BOGOTA / VILLAVIEJA – DESERT OF LA TATACOA

Journey from Neiva to Villavieja 1 hour, private.

Arrival in Villavieja and accommodation at the hotel, In the afternoon we will pick you up at the hotel and we will make the tour through the Tatacoa Desert, we will begin by Cuzco considered the red part and with the greatest geomorphology of the Desert, path of the labyrinths, the cathedrals , the tower and the tree of desires.

Visit to the Los Hoyos sector and the Valley of Dreams in which a memory of the visit to the desert is left, building a small altar in rocks, which is at the same time a pact of love and protection with nature and our planet.

At night visit the astronomical observatory where we will make a recognition of the sky under the direction of the astronomer, who will show us the millions of stars that form the milky way and the different constellations that frame the sky and through telescopes we will see details of the moon and some planets

DAY 5 VILLAVIEJA / SAN AGUSTÍN NATURE AND ARCHEOLOGY

Departure for San Agustín at 7:00 am (journey 5 to 6 hours), private.

Accommodation at the hotel. At 3:30 pm we pick you up at the hotel to make the tour to the Strait of the Magdalena River where our homeland river is reduced to 2.20 m in the middle of a canyon of amazing beauty.

DAY 6 SAN AGUSTIN – ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK

At 8:00 am we will make the tour of the Archaeological Park of San Agustín, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 1995. Here we will make a pleasant walk immersing ourselves in the magic and in the legacy left by the pre-Columbian culture that inhabited the Alto Magdalena, we will visit the Tables A, B, C, Source of the Lavapatas, Alto del Lavapatas, Forest of the Statues and Museum.

In the afternoon coffee tour at Finca La Cabaña, winner of the excellence award, here we will learn the whole coffee process from seed to cup.

DAY 7 SAN AGUSTIN / PITALITO / COFFEE SHAFT

Breakfast. At 8:30 am We begin the tour through natural and archaeological sites such as: Sculptures of the Board and ethnographic museum, Mirador and petroglyphs of La Chaquira where we will take a space for meditation and enjoy the beautiful view of the Colombian Massif, then visit the only ones Color sculptures located in the Purutal sector.

DAY 8 COFFEE SHAFT / COCORA VALLEY TOUR + SALENTO

The Cocora Valley is recognized worldwide and nationally for its beautiful landscape. Declared First Natural Wonder of Quindío, it is one of the most beautiful landscapes of Colombia framed by its wax palms that measure more 60 meters, the highest in the world and are the National Tree of Colombia.

We will enter the Parque de la Palma de Cera and we will appreciate in a playful and experiential way everything related to the birth, growth, conservation, preservation and habitat of the Palma de Cera and its natural environment between Bosques de Niebla, nature trails, river of birth, bird watching, fauna and flora of the Cocora Valley. On this tour you can plant a Wax Palm and thus contribute to the conservation of this emblematic species native to Colombia.

Later we go to the beautiful town of Salento, a municipality that is one of the main tourist destinations in Colombia, to walk its streets decorated with typical crafts of the Coffee Axis, going up to the Salento viewpoint to see the coffee landscape.

DAY 9 COFFEE SHAFT / COFFEE FARM

We will take a guided tour of a beautiful coffee farm which is located in the rural area of Quindío, where you can take tours of paths surrounded by 12 hectares of top quality coffee plantations. La Finca allows you to know and learn about the coffee production process.

DAY 11 CARTAGENA / CITY TOUR

We will make a panoramic tour of the residential neighborhoods of Bocagrande, Castillogrande and the Republican neighborhood of Manga where you can see the antique mansions, continue with the visit to the Monastery of La Popa, built at the beginning of the 17th century on the cusp by two parents Agustinos Recoletos, this cloister was called “Convent of Our Lady of the Candelaria”. From the top you can see the heroic city.

Visit to the Fort of San Felipe de Barajas, the largest Spanish military building in the New World, originally built in 1536, being expanded according to need until 1657, magnificent military engineering work, where we will make a tour through its tunnels and underground galleries.

DAY 12 CARTAGENA – BARÚ TOUR

DAY 14 TAYRONA PARK

Shared transfer Parque Tayrona round trip. All day you can enjoy its wonderful beaches.
We begin our day with the tour to Tayrona Park entering through the entrance of Zaino. We will walk 1 hour until we reach the most dangerous beach in Tayrona Park: Arrecife. Although you can’t enjoy the water, you can enjoy the scenery of the place that is very relaxing and beautiful. Includes tickets in National Park and transfers.

We continue the road to Playa la Piscina, which is one of the quietest beaches, since it is surrounded by a barrier of rocks that reduce the waves so you can swim a little.
Taking a little more strength, we follow the path that takes us to our final point. Cabo San Juan del Guía Beach, the most beautiful beach in the park. Here you can have a delicious lunch and enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

DAY 15 QUEBRADA VALENCIA – TAYRONAKA

Round trip transfer to Quebrada de Valencia, accompanied by our guide where you can enjoy a swim and a unique landscape in the waterfalls of Valencia, and then we will travel ecological paths while we encounter vestiges of settlements of our Tayrona culture; We will know their customs, traditions and lifestyle by taking a tour of a small, but very educational museum located in the area.

These settlements are located around the Don Diego River where you will be surprised by the thick vegetation and variety of fauna and flora of the place.
